This cable connects my 2021 14” MacBook Pro to my 27” 60hz 4K monitor. The monitor is a hub, so all my peripherals are connected to the monitor. The monitor also delivers power to my MacBook through this cable.So, the cable is doing a lot of work. It works perfectly, allowing my MacBook to control all peripherals, receive power, and send its video signal to the monitor, all through this one cable.I also like the right-angle plug more than I expected I would: as a result, the cable goes straight back along the side of the MacBook to the monitor, whereas with a traditional plug the cable would stick out sideways from the computer and be more conspicuous, as well as take up a bit more of my usable desk space.The cable itself has excellent build quality, better than the other Thunderbolt/USBC cables I’ve owned. I fully expect it will hold up well to repeated plugging and unplugging, etc. If it doesn’t, I will be sure to update this review.Since owning this and having such a good experience with it, I’ve purchased another one for use with a similar monitor/hub at my work office. It’s working perfectly with that setup, too.Highly recommended.
