Installation is easy and working fine. I like on and off switch.This fits the OBD port (Honda CR-V) perfectly. Mode switch has solid snap action and works properly in both modes. My ne WolfBox 12-inch Mirror DVR has the type-C USB port and this powers it perfectly. The only thing I'd like changed is the USB-C plug. It would be better if it were a Right-Angle plug because cable has to bend sharply out of the camera for the mirror to be properly adjusted.It works well as expected. The ON/OFF switch allows to power off dash cam for cars parking in safe locations (e.g. home garage).This power cable works perfectly for my dash cam. OBD is just sitting there, may as well use it! Easier than screwing around with fuses and splicing wires.Was what I was looking forI purchased a very cheap dashcam from Amazon the power cable was USB type C, I connected this OBD and the other end to the OBD and it worked great, no need to purchase any other cable sets or connect to the fuse box, I also purchased a second one because I got another dashcam and wanted to try both of them out in the same vehicle, but I wanted to have the OBD open in case I needed it for car diagnostics, so I came back to Amazon and purchased a 3-way OBD splitter it also worked great and now have open OBD port for car diagnostics!This is a great device for connecting a dash cam that has parking mode. First, it is easy to install - just plug it in rather than trying to get to a fuse panel. Second, when I'm parked in my garage, I leave it in the off position, so the dash cam parking mode is not continuously drawing power. Then when I'm parked away from home, I turn it on before turning off the ignition so that parking mode is active.Great productGreat product very well made highly recommend
